TITANIUM is not a viable cookware option.

We recommend glass, or very high quality stainless.

You can also try the PFOA & PTFE free pans with 100% ceramic coating, but all have issues, once an epoxy or ceramic scratches it becomes an issue from what is underneath.

Many are moving back to cast iron... which may be fine for most people, and there are now ceramic coated cast iron.
